There is a moment, somewhere between the first sip and the last bite, when a restaurant stops being a place and becomes an experience – At The Sidebar, we live for that moment.
Our recipes have traveled far to reach your table. Born in the heart of the Mediterranean, where spices were passed from hand to hand with intention, where family recipes were never written down because they didn’t need to be — they lived in the people who made them, in the love they are cooked with, in the memories they left behind. Yes, we have carried those flavors, those techniques, those stories to Costa Rica, and brought them to life with the finest ingredients this beautiful country has to offer. Some dishes take minutes to plate but a lifetime to perfect.
